New Listings Must Meet New Minimum Price Thresholds

As you know, Coldwell Banker® partnered with a leading research company to analyze sold listing data from across the United States to establish accurate Previews® listing price threshold minimums, and ensure the Previews website contains listings affluent consumers expect from a luxury real estate destination.

Next week, all new listings taken that you intend to market through the Previews program must meet or exceed the minimum listing price thresholds established by Coldwell Banker international headquarters. Established listings that fall beneath the new minimums will continue to receive the same benefits of exposure on the Coldwell Banker Previews International® website and distribution to the luxury partner sites of Wall Street Journal, Robb Report Exceptional Properties Online, Robb Report Collection, and Unique Homes until the listing agreement expires or is sold.
