Coldwell Banker Tops Real Trends 500 Once Again

Dear Coldwell Banker® Broker/Owner,

I am writing with great pride while Mike and I attend the RealTrends Gathering of Eagles in Denver where the results of the annual RealTrends Top 500 were unveiled this morning.  Once again, the Coldwell Banker brand dominates the list.  Including NRT, we have 66 affiliated companies who combined to generate an incredible $140.1 billion in dollar volume off of 465,502 transaction sides.

Let me put this in perspective.  The Coldwell Banker network generated 23% of the RealTrends Top 500 dollar volume to beat our nearest brand competitor by 130%.  Our combined transaction sides were 20% of the activity, affording us a 63% advantage over the next brand competitor.

While these numbers are a phenomenal reminder of our network’s strength, I want to delve a bit deeper into the numbers.  In an industry where dollar volume is critical to defining success, we continue to do exceptionally well in top tier markets and neighborhoods as exhibited by our robust $301,060 average sales price, which is a 10.3% premium over the report’s average.

Along with Mike, I am working with our marketing department to ensure that these, and other, statistics from the report are utilized in an aggressive attraction/retention program for your use.

With all of this said, please know that Mike and I are walking the halls of the conference with our heads held high recognizing the honor we have to lead the greatest brand in the history of real estate!
