Coldwell Banker-Campbell Realtors offers excellent training for our agents.  Live, in person, classes are held in our training room by our Compliance Broker Rob Marroche.  Multiple sessions are held each week to help our agents learn and update real estate industry best practices, sales techniques, MLS operation, Zipforms, Docusign, and more.

Scot Campbell, a 30 year real estate industry veteran and $1 million GCI producer in 2016, is the Broker of Record for the firm.  He hosts live collaboration meetings twice per month and shares “what is working” for him.

LAUNCH is an intense, 60 day program designed for New Licensees.

It’s the first 60 days of the comprehensive 120 day Training System utilized at Coldwell Banker – Campbell Realtors.

“Launch” is Coldwell Banker’s own proprietary  seven week instructor-led course designed to introduce sales associates to best practices and tools which can be at the core of their long term success in real estate and empower them to deliver exceptional experiences for all they serve.

Sessions are delivered via interactive live web sessions with a trained learning professional, class duration is 90 minutes.  A mentor guide is also provided so that a mentor with local area expertise may help guide the participant in applying what they learn to their own business.

During the course, participants who complete all the recommended activities will:

  • Build a plan for their business, starting with their own goals and a prospecting plan to meet them.
  • Develop a plan for generating leads.
  • Learn how to categorize, incubate and convert on those leads.
  • Learn to consult with buyers, focusing on needs identification and guiding them toward a decision to purchase in keeping with their desires, needs and ability to pay.
  • Focus on seller clients, including evaluating the property and the seller’s needs, guiding the seller to an appropriate pricing decision, securing the listing, effectively marketing the property and ongoing communication plan with sellers throughout the process.
  • Learn the importance of working through contingencies, resiliency and communication techniques in the face of challenges, and the importance of post-closing follow up to the long term health of your independent real estate business.

BOO$T is the next generation of training for experienced Sales Associates:  

BOOST is a high-accountability program designed for experienced sales associates that promotes best-practice sharing, networking and working smarter, not harder.

Learn how to target your prospecting activities so they lead to:

  • more listings
  • more contracts
  • maximizing your value proposition
  • understanding how technology can help you make it all happen

This program consists of 6 sessions:

  • We offer one BOOST class per month
  • All subsequent sessions are held same day of week/time as start date, each week for six weeks
  • Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes

  • At least 6 months real estate experience
