The newest LeadRouter System: LeadRouter Connect.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate is pleased to announce an exciting, forward-moving enhancement to the LeadRouter System: LeadRouter Connect.
This feature allows any agent who accepts a lead containing a valid phone number with the ability to connect immediately to the consumer from the call from the LeadRouter system.
LeadRouter Connect goes live on Thursday, November 21, 2013. By pressing 5 on their phone’s keypad after accepting the lead, an agent can talk with the consumer immediately.
Here’s how it works:

  1. Agents receive a lead via the phone as they always have.
  2. They hear the voice prompt stating that there is a lead waiting for them.
  3. The agent continues to listen to the call and hits the number 1 to accept the lead.
  4. The system plays back all of the lead information that was supplied by the consumer.
  5. There is a prompt to listen to all menu options as these options have changed with this additional feature.
  6. By pressing the number 5 on the phone’s keypad, agents initiate a phone call directly to the consumer’s phone number from the lead.
  7. As an added bonus, if the agent leaves a voicemail or talks with the consumer, the LeadRouter system counts that voicemail or phone call as a lead update. The update to the LeadRouter system will read as follows, “Agent called customer during lead acceptance.” This update eliminates the need for the agent to go into the LeadRouter system and make the manual update to the lead and it counts as the first update. Please note- this only happens if the voicemail message or actual conversation with the customer is at least 30 seconds or more.

Instituting this new feature is a great benefit to all and helps accomplish the following:

  • Increases an agent’s chances of becoming the agent of choice to that prospective consumer
  • Eliminates additional steps that in the past had to be taken to update leads in the LeadRouter system
  • Decreases the amount of time it takes for that initial update to LeadRouter to be completed
